Week of February 3rd - 7th !!!

Dear Parents

This coming week we will start a new month and new theme, all this month we will talk about our plant kingdom but this week we will focus in the parts of the plant, where the monitos can explore the texture of each part, also they will plant a bean in cotton and land to see witch grow fast.

Special activity

*The kids will be draw shapes in salt tray.

*Monitos class wants to give a warm welcome to Tucker Jones and Daniel Kingston we are happy to have them in our class.

*We will send a heart to decorate for art together; his is a special month to talk about friendship.

* Maury will be visiting Gabriel Vila-Runyon house to have a lot of fun.

*San Valentin is coming we are planning have a small celebration we will send you more information with our room parent.

Dear Monitos Parents

We are so happy to see how the Monitos enjoy every day learning about or planet. During next week we will work with the topic 'The earth & elements", with a lot of science activities where the Monitos explore and learn about theme.

*Maury will be visiting Ava's house to share time with her and her family.

*This is the last week of Miles Scott we will miss you and hope to see you soon.

*Parents: Please help us by putting your child’s jacket inside his/her cubby. We can no longer hang under the cubbies, because of regulations. Putting your child’s jacket inside the cubby, will help us a lot! THANKS!

*Children can bring a toy that they can use in our earth element like car in land, airplane in air, boat in water.

Week of January 13th - 17th !!!

Dear Monitos parents:

The kids had great week learning about the sun, the stars, singing the song "sol solesito" and doing art about our theme.

This week we will do emphasis in the astronaut, rocket and telescope with activities like tear paper to decorate our figures and making rocket with paper towel rolls.

Homework:

Bring paper tower rolls for our art activity this Wednesday. If you have book about our theme of the month feel free to bring to our class to share with our Monitos GRACIAS.

*Mauri our traveling pet starts this week visiting Jacob’s house. Mauri is so happy to spend time with each of our Monitos family.
