We are very exited because we are going to star a new topic. “mis sentidos” which is very important to learn by playing averyday. we will have differents experiments during this topic. for friday bring a toy it can be soft or rough because we are going to talking about it during circle time. also we still working with colors(red and blue).

As a school regulation, we are not allowed to have any type of medicine inside our classroom / cubbies. Please make sure to leave it at the front desk with Ms. Cynthia or Ms. Esther and fill out the Medication authorization form. Only Ms. Cynthia or Ms. Esther are responsible to give medicine to any child in the center.

Week of September 22nd - 26th !

Class and teacher:  Monitos Class / Miss Cristina, Miss Gisselle and Miss Patty

Week of: September 22th  to 26th.

Theme of the month/week: Como Crecemos y cambiamos.

We will continue talking and learning in a fun way about how “We grow up/Como Crecemos” .We are talking about the many different stages in our life like when we were babies, then Toddlers, then big boys and big girls, then Teenager and at the end we become adults and elders.

We also are emphasizing in the  importance of eat healthy and exercising to grow strong.

Here are the special activities for next week. Please make sure to bring the items we are requiring each days so your child can fully participate in every activity:

        Wednesday: We will prepare a delicious fruit salad! This is a great way to learn the importance of eating healthy. Please help us send your child’s favorite fruit.

        Thursday: We will take our babies to a doctor’s appointment! Make sure to send a baby doll or animal stuff with your child. We will have a vaccination campaign day, so children can learn in a fun way the importance about the vaccines doctor checkups and healthy habits.

        Friday : Send a small mirror. We are going to have an extra special activity.

        Remember sing up for the student of the week activity.

        PLEASE try to bring your child by 8:30 am to enjoy the circle time, remember this is one of the most important activities during the day. During Circle time kids learn the Sff! songs and practice their vocabulary.

Theme of the Month/Week:  Como crecemos y cambiamos.

Hello dear Monitos parents!! We hope you had a wonderful week!!!

This upcoming week we are going to explore a new topic “Como crecemos y cambiamos”. We are going to learn about why is important to eat healthy and have a good diet to grow strong boons and muscles.

We would like to ask you to please bring on Monday a baby picture of your child so we can share all the photos at circle time.

This week we will work with the color blue. On Friday please bring your child  wearing  a blue t- shirt or outfit  because we are going to have “a blue parade”.

 Theme of the month: My Body/ Mi cuerpo

Dear parents,  we are still working on the topic “My body /Mi cuerpo” and the red color,  gross motor and fine motor activities, developing language and increasing vocabulary. We know the kids love learning about their bodies  in a fun way by playing, dancing and singing songs so that is what we do here at Spanish for fun!
