Highlights of week:

This week we will star learning about mi community (the chef, the doctor and the supermarket) we have planned different activities where the children can learn and recognize the importance of this people job.Also we still working in the square shape and the yellow color.

Tuesday: Please bring a ball like a soccer ball

Remember bring juice, cereal, milk boxes, for our special activity this Friday.

Important upcoming dates

December 29^th: our HOLIDAY PARTY will be held at Cary Art Center (downtown Cary) from 4:15 to 5:30 p.m.  Next week, I will be sending a letter with important and more detail information about our show and what we will need for our costumes. So we can start preparing in advance! We are very happy about this event! Please let me know if your child will not be participating in this event.

December 24^th, 25^th, 26^th school will be closed

 Remember:

Check your child cubby and make sure he/she had extra clothes every week. Keep in mind Fridays are the only day where the Monitos are allow to bring toys. We need your help parents!, We know they love to bring their toy ,but in the recent weeks we have some troubles putting  toys in their cubbies to follow the daily routine. Thank you for your help.

Hello Sapitos Parents:

I hope you had had a great weekend. Last week our Sapitos Class had fun showing their Family Tree. We saw a lot of creativity and dedication working with them. Children were so proud introducing their family members and recognized their names. Spending time with your kids is something that they and us, as teachers, really appreciate. Thanks all of you!

We’ll keep working on the theme “My family.” This week we will learn about that families are different, unique and also that each one is valuable. Through the week we’ll prepare a special activity in which children will make an art involving the things that their family most likes.

Hola Monitos Parents!! This week we will continue working in our theme “Mi Familia”  “My Family” by doing activities where the kids can recognize all the family members, and how each family is different and unique, also we will be working with the color yellow and the square shape.

 As an extra activity they are preparing a special surprise for thanksgiving celebration, and they are doing a really good job.

We are so proud of them so we hope to see you in this activity.

Theme of the Week: Mi Familia- My Family

Hello dear parents :

I hope you had a wonderful weekend. We are still working in our Family topic. This  a great topic to learn and share with the kids. They get so excited when we talk about family and do activities about families. This week we are going to make a Family Tree where we are going to color the members of the family, pets and decorated with differents materials. Also we still working with colors which are red, blue and yellow. We starting to work with new geometric figures which are squares and triangles. At the same time we are getting ready for thanksgiving day.
