MONITOS BLOG

Class and Teachers (Salon y Profesora): Miss Giselle/Monitos.
Week of :   December 22nd & 23rd
Theme of the week:   “Proyecto de Navidad/ Holiday Projects”

Hello Dear Monitos Parents!
Our Holidays are here!!
We would like to start saying Thanks to Mr. Perry, who happily volunteered year after year to be our Santa Claus. It was such a wonderful day on Tuesday with his visit. The monitos were very happy and excited and we had a fantastic time.

Thank you parents for being Santa’s Elves!

DVD Fundraising!!!!
Sff! have hired a media specialist to capture our Holiday Party!
A DVD of the entire event, plus pictures taken both, at the event and during our visit from Santa Claus can be purchased for $20. These DVDs will only be available through pre-order, so please stop by the front office no later than December 22nd to secure your copy of this wonderful holiday performance! This is a great keepsake you'll want to refer back to in years to come or a fantastic gift for a family member!

December 31st:
We are asking all parents to help us plan for this day. Please let Administration know if you child will be coming this day, so we can plan accordingly for staff purposes.

Holiday Party
Our Monitos class will need two parents’ volunteers who can help us before and during the show with the Monitos class. This year we are planning to be seated for most part of the show in the first row of the theater, and we will need help at the end of the show to take care of the Monitos while the teachers have to get in the stage by the end of the show.

You can let anyone of us know, so we can prepare in advance.

This week we are going to keep practicing for our performance. If you didn’t bring your white tee-shirt yet, we had extra an extra one that a parent donated. Let us know if you need it.

We hope everyone have  a wonderful week and Happy Holidays!
